The DIMOFAC consortium held it its kick-off meeting on the 6 and 7 November 2019 in Grenoble, where CEA, the organisation leading the initiative is based.
DIMOFAC is an acronym standing for Digital & Intelligent MOdular FACtories. It is a 4-year European project, gathering 30 partners disseminated in the whole European territory, aiming at making factories’ assembly lines more flexible in a context of increasing customisation demands from customers.
The meeting was the occasion for all partners to meet all together for the first time and recap the objectives and planning.
